As Vice Chairman for Operations of the Northumberland County Republican Committee, Rob Roy worked with dozens of dedicated volunteers at party events and voting locations. Usually Rob limited his e-mails to important news and communications; however, as his political network grew, he became the unofficial communication director for the party faithful who opted to share news of the unusual.
